The Trust for Public Land will have no responsibility regarding such information, and will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate, modify, and use the communications for any purpose. You are prohibited from posting information that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, or a violation of any copyright, or which identifies you as someone else. The Trust for Public Land is under no obligation to monitor the information residing on or transmitted to the Parkology platform. By using the Parkology platform, you acknowledge that the Parkology platform acts only as a forum and technical means of communication between users and that The Trust for Public Land does not evaluate or control in any ongoing manner messages or other content posted by the users. Any opinions or statements expressed by a user are those of the user only, are owned by the user, and do not belong to The Trust for Public Land. The Trust for Public Land does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, safety, innocuousness, slanderous nature of, legality or applicability of anything posted, displayed, linked, uploaded, recorded, broadcast or otherwise made available by any user. While the posting party may retain ownership or the copyright in the materials it posts, the posting party agrees The Trust for Public Land or other third parties, accessing those materials through the Parkology platform will have a non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post, without any requirement or attributing ownership to the posting party. This License ends when you delete your information unless your content has been used by The Trust for Public Land or others prior to your information being deleted from the Parkology platform.
